Employment lawyer and mediator Gail Glick litigated disputes from 1994 through 2020, and she spent almost her entire career representing both plaintiffs and defendants in employment law disputes. For six of the first eight years of her career, she litigated employment law disputes and assisted employers in the prevention of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation through trainings and investigations at various enterprises, including health care facilities, pharmacies, academic institutions, non-profits, and government entities at Musick, Peeler in Los Angeles.
In her work on the plaintiffs’ side, she worked as a solo practitioner, mediator, and investigator from mid-2002 through mid-2009. She was a founding partner of Alexander Krakow + Glick LLP (now known as Alexander Morrison + Fehr LLP) which, from 2009 through 2020, focused on representing employees in all aspects of employment law disputes, resolutions, and trials. On the plaintiffs' side, Gail represented a variety of workers in industries including aerospace, banking and finance, biotech, engineering, education, entertainment, food services, health care, hospitality, logistics, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, transportation, and technology. Her clients included actors, artists, bookkeepers, CEOs, CFOs, comptrollers, clerical employees, delivery persons, entertainment executives, factory workers, food service executives, grips, HR professionals, insurance brokers, investment professionals, lawyers, librarians, managers, mariners, orthopedists, ophthalmologists, pharmacists, pharmaceutical sales representatives, physicians, plumbing sales representatives, professors, psychologists, real estate executives, RNs, respiratory therapists, retail managers, rocket scientists, salespersons, social workers, teachers, and videographers. Gail’s balance of plaintiffs’ and defense work over her career uniquely qualifies her to mediate for a diverse group of employers and employees.
In 2006, Gail honed her trial advocacy skills in the prestigious Trial Advocacy Project (“TAP”) of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and tried three cases to unanimous guilty verdicts for the Long Beach Prosecutor’s Office. Her firm, Alexander Krakow + Glick LLP, handled trials resulting in six-, seven-, and eight-figure verdicts for its clients.
