Gail is dedicated to achieving resolution for all of her mediation clients - in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and throughout the state. She works tirelessly to empower the parties to make sensible choices in all phases of employment law disputes -- pre-lawsuit, during litigation, and on appeal. Gail is an evaluative and facilitative mediator and employment lawyer who believes the best outcome for the parties is almost always a settlement. Gail conducts mediations via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a workplace investigator, Gail strives to uncover all facts necessary to assist employers and employees to get to the truth. Gail has practiced law in Los Angeles since 1994. She spent seven of the first eight years of her practice defending employers in employment law disputes. Since 2002, Gail has been mediating, investigating. She represented employees against their employers from 2002 through summer of 2020. She has a proven track record of success in achieving fair and reasonable resolutions for her clients.
When she was an associate in a large law firm defending employers, Gail pursued numerous confidential workplace investigations. While she worked as a plaintiffs' lawyer, employers and defense lawyers continued to employ her to pursue workplace investigations in both litigated and non-litigated cases.
